How to get Caste, Income and Residence Certificates

 

CASTE CERTIFICATE :

  1. Visit your concerned Mandal Revenue Office and collect the application form for caste certificate
  2. Later it should be submitted at the concerned Mandal Revenue Office after duly filling and enclosing the following papers. They are :
  3. Two forms of caste certificates given by two gazetted officers separately
  4. An affidavit duly notarized given on Rs. 10/- bond paper
  5. A Xerox copy of transfer certificate or bonafied certificate duly attested by a gazetted officer
  6. Xerox copy of ration card duly attested by a gazetted officer.
  7. A Xerox copy of Electronic photo ID card (voter ID card) given by Election commission of India
  8. Caste certificate of any family member of applicant duly attested by a gazetted officer or original caste certificate given by the applicant’s caste elders association
  9. Two passport size photos
  10. Phone No. Residence & Mobile
  11. After submission of your application you will get the certificate within a week.

INCOME CERTIFICATE :

  1. Visit your concerned Mandal Revenue Office and collect the application form for income certificate
  2. Later it should be submitted at the concerned Mandal Revenue Office after duly filling and enclosing the following papers
  3. The following papers are submitted along with the application:
  4. Two forms of residence certificates given by two gazetted officers separately.
  5. An affidavit duly notarized given on Rs. 10/- bond paper.
  6. A Xerox copy of transfer certificate or bonafied certificate duly attested by a gazetted officer.
  7. Xerox copy of ration card duly attested by a gazetted officer.
  8. A Xerox copy of Electronic photo ID card (voter ID card) given by Election commission of India.
  9. After submission of your application you will get the  certificate within a week.

RESIDENCE CERTIFICATE :

  1. Visit your concerned Mandal Revenue Office and collect the application form for residence certificate.
  2. Later it should be submitted at the concerned Mandal Revenue Office after duly filling and enclosing the following papers. They are:
  3. Two forms of caste certificates given by two gazetted officers separately.
  4. An affidavit duly notarized given on Rs. 10/- bond paper.
  5. A Xerox copy of transfer certificate or bonafied certificate duly attested by a gazetted officer.
  6. Xerox copy of ration card duly attested by a gazetted officer.
