New Delhi:  The row over an event at the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) to protest Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru's execution escalated on Saturday into a war of words between the BJP-led government and some opposition parties. At least eight students have been debarred from academic activities pending a disciplinary inquiry. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi joined the students' protests against the police action. ABVP students waved black flags when he reached JNU.
